What Scan To Star is
Scan To Star is a review-collection platform for local businesses in India - cafes, clinics, salons, coaching institutes, hotels, retail stores and more. A business places a Scan To Star QR code (on a QR stand, counter card or bill). A customer scans it, rates the visit, taps a few tags about what they experienced, and our AI drafts a review in their language - English, Hindi, Hinglish, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali or Marathi. The customer edits it, copies it, and posts it themselves on the business's Google Business Profile.
Business owners get a dashboard with scan and review analytics, private feedback from customers who had a poor experience, plan and billing management, and the option to order printed QR stands.
Who we are
Scan To Star is a product of Agent WebFlow, the company that builds and operates it from Uttar Pradesh, India. We are a small product team focused on practical tools that help owner-run businesses grow their online reputation honestly.
What we believe
- Every customer gets to post. We never filter or block a customer from writing a public review based on their rating - see our Review Integrity Policy.
- The customer owns the words. AI only drafts from what the customer actually selected and typed; the customer edits, approves and posts it personally.
- Transparent billing. Clear plans, GST-compliant invoices, and a written refund policy.
- Minimal data. We collect only what the product needs and explain it in plain language in our Privacy Policy.
