1. The service
Scan To Star gives your business a QR code and a public review page. Customers who scan it can rate their visit and receive an AI-assisted draft review which they edit and post on your Google Business Profile themselves. We also provide analytics, private customer feedback, paid plans and optional printed QR stands.
2. Accounts
- You must be 18 or older and authorised to act for the business you register.
- Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us immediately at support@scantostar.com if you suspect misuse.
- Give accurate business details, including a genuine Google review link for a business you control.
3. Plans, billing and renewals
- The Free plan has limits (for example one business). Paid plans (Starter, Growth, Pro) unlock the features listed on the pricing page at the time of purchase; features granted to an active plan do not change until it ends, even if the plan's catalogue changes later.
- Prices are in INR and shown with applicable GST at checkout. A GST-compliant invoice is issued for every paid order.
- Plans run for the period purchased and do not renew automatically unless you explicitly enable auto-renewal (where offered). When a plan expires, the business returns to the Free plan; your data is kept.
- "Pay Later" orders (where offered) must be paid by the due date shown; until then the order is not active, and we may cancel unpaid orders.
- Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Review integrity - your obligations
You must comply with Google's review policies and our Review Integrity Policy. In particular you must not:
- offer money, discounts, gifts or anything of value in exchange for a review;
- write or post reviews of your own business, or ask staff, family or agencies to do so;
- use Scan To Star to post reviews on a customer's behalf, or to discourage customers with a low rating from posting;
- submit false information in the review-page tags or business details.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, without refund.
5. Acceptable use
You may not attempt to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, use it for unlawful content, or resell it without our written permission.
6. Content and intellectual property
You keep ownership of your business content (name, logo, tags). You grant us a licence to use it to run the service. Generated review drafts are produced for the customer and become their words once they post them. The Scan To Star software, design and brand belong to Agent WebFlow.
7. Stand orders
Printed QR stands are made to order using your QR code. Delivery times are estimates. Cancellation and replacement rules are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; maintenance and third-party outages (payment gateway, AI provider, Google) can affect it. We may improve or change features with reasonable notice for material changes.
9. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee any number of reviews, ratings or business outcomes, and we have no control over what Google publishes or removes. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
10. Termination
You can stop using the service at any time and request deletion per Account & Data Deletion. We may suspend or terminate for breach of these terms, non-payment, or legal reasons.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Uttar Pradesh, India have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have.
